Marrow
A downloadable game for Windows
Marrow is our first project as a team. A narrative-driven puzzle game where you’re tasked with repurposing used bones in order to construct elaborate "realistic" mythical creatures and cryptids, which are then sold on to the gullible elite. Employed by less than savoury folks in less than favourable conditions, put your archaeological expertise to use by reanimating somethings into nothings.
But the latest batch of bones bears something a little less fickle.
Marrow was created for the DreadXP End of Summer Bone Jam, and made over the course of two weeks. A series of rescopes left us with an introduction that sets up the narrative and gives a taste of the gameplay we’re hoping to expand upon.

Really enjoyed the visuals and dialogue. I think I would have preferred a more intricate process with putting the bones together, but I really enjoy the overall aesthetic. Quite fun!! I'd love to see an expansion on this game with more creatures made. I do expand on the sentiment in my video, your game is the first I play here. :) Thanks for the experience!
Error: On my laptop screen (1600x900 pixels in size, according to my screenshots), the orange text keeps cutting off.

Apologies for that bug! Zero helped us debug it and I've uploaded a fix which should adjust the game for other resolutions. Please let us know if that fixes it for you or if you still have issues. Thank you for playing!
Where can I play this?
Right here, right now!
It's available now. When DreadXP extended the jam deadline we took some time to rest for a bit and then try to make the game as solid as we could. Let us know what you think!
